2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND CUSTOMS

The Customer is responsible for:

FlickIt shall not be liable for delays, returns, or seizures resulting from customs regulations or local authorities.

The use of the website or products for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes is strictly prohibited. In particular, the Customer agrees not to:

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination and the initiation of legal action.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and do not include taxes, customs duties, or import charges that may apply in the destination country.

We reserve the right to modify prices, withdraw products, or cancel orders in the event of an obvious error in stock availability, description, or pricing.

5. ORDERS, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING
The Customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or misuse of the Services.

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store complete credit or debit card details.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery is a further 9–10 days, for a total estimated delivery time of approximately 11–13 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, product availability, and customs procedures.

FlickIt shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including strikes, government restrictions, or logistical disruptions.

7. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We offer a 90-day return policy for all customers.

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without justification, in accordance with applicable law. This right is included within our broader 90-day policy.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer, except in cases of defective products or errors attributable to FlickIt.

8. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
Except for the mandatory consumer guarantees required by applicable law in your country (which cannot be excluded), the website is provided "as is" and "as available," and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under EU, UK, US, Canadian, or Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to the above, our liability to the Customer is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount actually paid for the corresponding order. To the extent permitted by law, FlickIt shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the website or products.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website (trademarks, logos, designs, texts, images, and software) is the property of FlickIt or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without express authorization is prohibited.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of the Customer's country of residence, which shall always apply where they provide greater protection.

Where legally permitted, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain. However, consumers may always bring proceedings before the competent courts of their own country of residence where mandatory consumer law so provides.
